Move-out Process

Please make note of these 3 steps for moving out.

We know you will have a lot to keep track of during this transition, and we hope this will make things clear and more organized for you.

1. Send your forwarding address to viprentalproperties@gmail.com We will use this address to return all or part of your security depository. We have 45 days to return your deposit from the end of your lease.
2. Contact utility companies and notify them of your move-out date. Any services that are billed during your lease period will be deducted from your security deposit.
   • Electricity
   • Gas
   • Water/Sewer/Trash
3. Return all keys to the office at 15 W. Main Street, Christiansburg, VA. Your occupancy will continue until all keys are returned to the office. Rent will be charged until VIP Rental Properties receives keys at the office – please do not leave keys at the property.

If you are returning the keys after office hours, we have a drop box located at the rear of the building next to The Hard Part barber shop entrance. Our box has our name and logo on it.

The better the condition of the property when you leave the faster the deposit can be sent out.
